Role Description The Customer Support Executive role at TP is a full time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. In this role, the individual will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing timely and accurate information and resolutions. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues,
documenting interactions in internal systems, escalating complex or technical concerns when necessary, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. The Customer Support Executive will follow established processes, maintain service quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and insights. The role requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and uphold TP’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
