Role Summary

We are looking for Application Engineers to join the team, which builds solutions across personal, digital, and institutional advisory platforms.



This is a core development role within a current team, focused on building backend services, APIs, and cloud-based applications from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, AWS services, API security, and backend development. Exposure to test automation, observability tools, and Agile ways of working will be an added advantage. This role offers strong end-to-end ownership, hands-on engineering exposure, and the opportunity to work on modern cloud and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs.
Build secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions.
Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth, Okta, and JWT.
Monitor application performance using Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
