WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS – FREELANCE / CONTRACT

Global Bhakti Fest 2026 is looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive / Coordinator to join the team and support the execution of one of India’s upcoming large-scale spiritual and cultural festivals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting things done, coordinating across teams, building decks, managing content requirements and working with creative & social media agencies.

What you’ll work on:
- Supporting the Marketing, Communications & PR team with day-to-day requirements
- Content research, coordination and execution support
- Creating, updating and maintaining presentations and decks for sponsors, partners, speakers, institutions and other stakeholders
- Managing information, logos, creatives and other marketing assets across multiple presentations
- Supporting day-to-day marketing coordination and follow-ups
- Coordinating with different internal teams to collect information and assets
- Maintaining organised folders of presentations, creatives,



communication material and other approved assets
- Ensuring that presentations and communication material consistently use the latest approved information and assets
- Supporting sponsor, partner and stakeholder communication requirements where needed

We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised. Proactive. Detail-oriented. Fast.

Someone who can manage multiple requirements at once, follow up without being asked repeatedly, turn around decks and content quickly, and keep information and assets organised.

You should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external agencies.

Experience in marketing, communications, events, social media, content or agency coordination will be an advantage.
