Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Broker Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers,



and lending partnersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accountsBuild long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education, and exceptional customer serviceIdentify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate new business

Business Development

Prospect and onboard recent mortgage broker partnersConduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market sharePresent the company's loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clientsMaintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals

Loan Scenario Support

Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibilityRecommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualificationsProvide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlaysPartner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissions

Sales & Pipeline Management

Track broker activit
