Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Noida. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end property transaction process, including understanding requirements, identifying suitable options, conducting site visits, and presenting recommendations. The role involves managing client inquiries, explaining project features, pricing, and financing options, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closures.



The Property Consultant will maintain updated knowledge of local real estate trends, collect and analyze market data, and contribute to sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and relationship building. The position also requires accurate record-keeping in CRM or other tools and participation in promotional events and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
