Role Description The Agency Manager role at PBPartners is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Agency

Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of insurance agents and channel partners. This role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing ongoing training and coaching, and ensuring agents follow company processes and regulatory guidelines.

Manager will work closely with internal teams to support agents with product information, marketing materials, and operational assistance. Day-to-day activities include field visits, relationship management, resolving escalations,



and driving business growth in the assigned territory from Agents whose data will be provided to the manager and generate profit out of them here we deals into B2B2C segment.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience managing agency or channel networks in insurance or financial services.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams, with a focus on performance management and relationship building.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly.
- Comfort with fieldwork, on-site agent meetings, and working in a target-driven environment.
- Understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and basic regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools used for reporting, presentations, and agent support.
- Ability to work respectfully with diverse teams and customers, demonstrating integrity and customer-centricity.
