About the Role Backdropsource is launching a brand-new Affiliate Program — a performance-based channel where publishers, bloggers, consultants, and YouTubers promote our products. We're looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to build this channel from scratch: set it up on a real affiliate network, recruit partners who genuinely convert, and grow it into a consistent revenue stream.

What You'll Own

? Benchmark and set a competitive commission rate

? List and manage the program on an affiliate network

? Build a creative kit (banners, product feed, pre-written reviews, swipe emails, tracking codes) with our in-house design and content teams

? Recruit affiliates across event consultants, agency blogs, church media, school/PTA sites, photography reviewers, and more

? Set up and maintain tracking, attribution,



and margin/commission models

? Manage affiliate relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes

What You Bring

✅ 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or a related field

✅ Strong negotiation and partner relationship management

✅ Hands-on experience with affiliate network/platform administration

✅ Experience with tracking, attribution, and margin/commission modelling

✅ Comfort coordinating creative work with designers and copywriters
