Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Forms Lead with strong expertise in Adaptive Forms to lead the design, development, and implementation of dynamic and scalable form solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience along with proven leadership capabilities to manage a team and drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development and implementation of Adaptive Forms solutions.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable and user-friendly forms.

● Ensure best practices in form design, performance, and security.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

● Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to forms.





● Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 8–15 years of overall IT experience.

● Strong hands-on experience with Adaptive Forms (AEM Forms preferred).

● Good understanding of form lifecycle, workflows, and integrations.

● Experience working with APIs, backend services, and data handling.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership Experience

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Lead.

● Proven ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.Valuable to Have:

● Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

● Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
