Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Noida.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process by responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing clear information on enrollment criteria, timelines, and procedures. The role involves conducting counseling sessions (in-person, over phone, or via digital channels), assessing applicant fit, and helping individuals choose suitable learning pathways aligned with their goals. The counselor will maintain accurate records of leads and enrolled students,



follow up with prospective learners, and collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting outreach activities, participating in events or orientations, and contributing feedback to improve admissions processes and learner experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide supportive, learner-focused guidance.
- Candidates should possess sales-related skills to manage leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet admissions targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of education and training programs, with the ability to explain learning pathways and outcomes clearly.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in admissions, counseling, or edtech; proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools; solid organizational and time-management skills; comfort working with data and reports; and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, psychology, business, or a related field.
