Job Profile :- Admission Counselor
Job Role :- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about programs.
Assist students in completing application forms and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and admission events.
Maintain a database of leads and applicants, tracking the admission process.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach programs, webinars, and campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and institutional policies.
