Shift: Night Shift – Candidates must be comfortable working night hours

CTC: Starting from ₹2.15 LPA for Freshers

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred The ideal candidate should:

- Have a strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
- Have an understanding of the Accounts Payable process and be comfortable handling accounting documentation.
- Create, edit, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and vouchers.
- Perform invoice matching and verification against POs and supporting documents.
- Handle vouching, reconciliations, and transaction verification.
- Review transactions and identify discrepancies or mismatches.
- Coordinate and communicate professionally with US and Australian clients regarding accounting-related requirements.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation throughout the process.
- Support the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including document processing, verification, matching, and payment-related activities.
- Have hands-on experience with accounting software such as FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP.
- Have robust MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have good written and spoken English communication.
- Be willing to learn and work with accounting processes followed for international clients.
