Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Swastik Universal, New Magdalla, Surat Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location Update: After Diwali, the office will be shifted to VIP Road, Vesu, Surat.

About the Company:

Our client is an established automotive services company with an annual turnover of ₹30 Crore+. The company is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting activities including sales and purchase entries, stock reconciliation, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Purchase and Sales Entries
- Maintain and verify Stock Records and perform Stock Reconciliation
- Record Bank Entries and perform Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records
- Assist in GST and TDS workings and compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation




- Verify accounting entries and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities
- Support day-to-day accounting operations

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in Sales & Purchase Entries
- Good knowledge of Stock Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong accuracy in accounting entries and record keeping
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
