Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payments, managing vendor and client accounts, and assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and project-related financial reporting. The role also involves preparing basic financial statements, supporting tax and compliance documentation,



and coordinating with management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, requiring close collaboration with the project and design teams.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of basic taxation, invoicing, billing processes, and statutory compliance relevant to business operations.
- Ability to prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting, and monitor project costs.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounting within architecture, construction, or project-based organizations is a plus.
