We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, and an understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books.
- Prepare, verify, and post accurate journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance and statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.




- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
- Able to Handle and record transactions, including sales, purchases, payment gateway transactions, refunds, settlements, and related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of e-commerce brand accounting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
