About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, compliance, and reporting for our growing e-commerce brand. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and e-commerce marketplace reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record all day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, returns, expenses, payments, etc.)
- Maintain ledgers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Marketplace & Payment Reconciliation
- Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and charges from platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Track payment settlements from payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
- Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze expenses, sales margins, and profitability.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Vendor & Inventory Management




- Track vendor payments, credit notes, and settlements.
- Assist in inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Audit & Process Improvement
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
- Suggest improvements for financial processes and controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in accounting, preferably in e-commerce/retail/startups.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general taxation.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis & reporting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently.
