Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Hyderabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, preparing ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing financial reports, supporting tax and compliance filings, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with local regulations.



The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial insights, support budgeting activities, and help ensure efficient financial controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets and financial databases.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a small or medium-sized business environment, preferably in consumer services or retail, is beneficial.
