Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, monitoring budgets, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role will support compliance with statutory requirements, coordinate with auditors, and help implement internal controls and cost optimization initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai,



requiring close collaboration with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in budgeting, variance analysis, and basic financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (such as Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office in Hyderabad.
- Experience in manufacturing or medical device/healthcare sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
