Role Overview

FinHead Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, tax-related documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Record and verify daily financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting and tax purposes
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related accounting requirements
- Support income tax return preparation and tax documentation
- Track expenses, payments, receivables, and outstanding amounts
- Assist with audits and provide required financial records
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting data
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and tax-related activities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Basic to good understanding of GST, TDS,



and taxation
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime and accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong reconciliation and numerical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related degree
- Candidates with CA Inter, CMA, or relevant accounting qualifications are welcome
- Prior experience in accounting, taxation, or financial services will be an advantage
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
