The Account Head role at Sikka Group is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi/ Noida. The individual in this role will oversee the accounting function, manage the preparation and review of financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, supervising account management activities, reconciling ledgers, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.

This role also involves streamlining workflows, improving reporting accuracy, and maintaining timely and transparent communication with management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and hands-on experience with Financial Statements.




- Experience in handling books of Account including taxation and Debt Syndication.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, including handling ledgers, reconciliations, and vendor/client accounts.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management abilities to lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, advanced MS Excel skills, and familiarity with local tax and regulatory requirements are advantageous.
