Account Executive

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Delhi‑NCR)

? Department: Accounts & Finance

? Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager / MIS Head

? Experience: 1–5 years

? Job Type: Full‑time

? Salary Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

?️ Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, build dashboards (Excel/Power BI), analyze trial balances, and support management decisions.

GST Compliance: End‑to‑end GST filing (GSTR‑1, 3B, 9), reconciliation, ITC claims, and handling notices.

TDS Compliance: Deduct TDS, issue certificates, file quarterly returns, reconcile with Form 26AS, and manage queries.

Accounting: Manage ledgers, AR/AP, reconciliations, invoicing, and assist in financial statements & audits.

? Qualifications & Skills

Education: CA (Inter) / CA dropout

Experience: 1–5 years in Accounts, GST, TDS, MIS

Tools: Advanced Excel, Tally Prime/ERP, GST & Traces portals
