Role Description The Account Executive will manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers, ensuring consistent sales of modular kitchens and kitchen appliances in the Varanasi region.

Responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new clients, presenting product features and pricing, negotiating orders, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and installation. The role involves tracking sales targets, preparing basic reports, handling customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support to maintain high satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, requiring regular field visits and in-person meetings.





Qualifications

- Solid customer relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in lead generation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen appliances or consumer durables, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, conduct regular market visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or retail distribution is preferred; experience in kitchen or home appliances is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
