Role Description The Account Executive Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the growth and success of employer accounts on the CosmoQuick platform. In this role, the intern will assist with prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing outreach messages, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include supporting demos or onboarding sessions, following up with potential and existing customers, and gathering feedback to improve the hiring experience.

The intern will collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to help ensure a smooth process for employers using the marketplace. This role provides hands-on exposure to account management, sales operations,



and technology-enabled recruitment.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Interest in sales, account management, or customer success, with a willingness to learn prospecting, lead qualification, and basic CRM usage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including video conferencing, online collaboration tools, and web-based marketplace or SaaS products.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret feedback, identify patterns, and propose practical improvements.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
