About The Role Daira deploys through the system — teachers and anganwadi workers run our programmes, not our field team. As an Academy Trainer you will make that true: delivering the training and certification that leaves a school, a centre or a block able to run screening without us in the room.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver Academy training to teachers, anganwadi workers and clinical users.
- Run certification cohorts and keep the standard consistent across regions.
- Adapt delivery to the language and literacy of the room in front of you.
- Maintain training material with the clinical and content teams.
- Follow up after training on whether the skill actually held.
- Report honestly where training did not land, and why.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years training adults — teachers, frontline workers or clinical staff.
- Fluency in Telugu, Odia or Gujarati alongside English.




- Background in education, psychology or public health.
- Someone who teaches to competence, not to attendance.
