Role Description This is a full-time, in office Academic Counselor for UPSC role based in Noida.

The Academic

Counselor will guide UPSC aspirants through personalized counseling sessions, helping them understand the exam process, set realistic goals, and design effective study plans aligned with Mentorship India’s holistic approach.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group academic advising sessions, monitoring student progress using activity trackers, and recommending suitable study materials and test strategies. The role involves providing career counseling related to civil services, supporting aspirants with answer-writing techniques and MCQ-solving strategies,



and coordinating with mentors to ensure consistent guidance.

The Academic

Counselor will maintain detailed records, handle student queries, and contribute to workshops or webinars that enhance aspirants’ academic performance and mental well-being.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support UPSC aspirants effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured guidance sessions.
