Role Description The Academic Advisor will provide guidance and support to learners throughout their educational journey at AcdyOn. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves advising learners on academic pathways, helping them select suitable courses and programs, and aligning their learning plans with career goals.

The Academic

Advisor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitate group guidance workshops, and collaborate with program teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience. The role includes monitoring learner progress, identifying challenges, recommending interventions,



and connecting learners with relevant resources and mentorship opportunities.

Advisor will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learner feedback, participating in academic planning, and supporting initiatives that enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in making informed educational and career decisions.

Candidates should possess effective Academic Advising and Education-related skills to guide learners on curriculum choices and program pathways.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse learners.

Relevant experience in academic advising, education management, or learner support, preferably in higher education or professional learning environments.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, mentors, and operations teams, and to manage multiple learners and tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms.

Demonstrated commitment to learner-centric, inclusive, and non-discriminatory educational practices.
