Role Summary :

We are seeking an Architect / Lead with hands‑on expertise in AWS AgentCore and Agentic AI Solutions. The role involves designing and implementing autonomous multi‑agent systems, integrating enterprise data and APIs, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments on AWS.

Primary Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in designing distributed applications, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI and multi‑agent system design.
- Deep practical expertise in the AWS AI/ML ecosystem, notably Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and SageMaker.
- Hands‑on experience transitioning agentic systems from local environments to production scale using AgentCore Runtime and managed services.
- Robust proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience using agent frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security: secure networking, AWS IAM, encryption (data at rest/in transit), and API management within AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Agentic System Architecture:



Design and build autonomous multi‑step agentic workflows integrating enterprise data, APIs, and systems.
- AgentCore Implementation: Architect distributed multi‑agent systems utilizing AWS AgentCore for runtime isolation, long‑running workloads, and memory/context awareness.
- Tool Gateway Integration: Expose legacy APIs and Lambda functions as agent‑ready tools via AgentCore Gateway and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Security & Identity Management: Design end‑to‑end security access controls and policy enforcement boundaries, including automated authentication and role‑based guardrails using AgentCore Identity features.
- Observability & Evaluation: Set up real‑time telemetry, tracing, and continuous agent quality evaluation pipelines.
- Framework Flexibility: Architect solutions supporting open‑source orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) while ensuring seamless deployment via the AgentCore CLI.
