Role Description

The 3D & Motion Graphics Faculty / Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and lab-based instruction in 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, and related visual design tools. This full-time, on-site role in Indore includes planning and conducting lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and project-based learning to help students build industry-relevant portfolios. The faculty member will design and update course materials, assignments, and assessment methods aligned with current trends and professional standards in 3D and motion graphics.





Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, guiding them on academic and career paths, collaborating with other faculty on interdisciplinary initiatives, and contributing to institutional activities such as seminars, competitions, and industry interactions.

Qualifications:

- Diploma, Graduate, or Master’s degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience along with solid communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with production pipelines, portfolio development, and exposure to gaming, VFX

Software Expertise Required:

- 3D Modeling & Sculpting: Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush
- Texturing & Graphic Design: Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Bonus / Add-on Skill: Unreal Engine (Preferred)
