Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for 3D Animators based in Aurangabad. In this position, team members will create and refine character and object animations, ensuring smooth movement, believable performance, and consistency with project style guidelines.

Responsibilities include working with rigs, integrating motion capture data when required, and collaborating closely with modelers, riggers, and compositors to achieve production-ready results. Animators will use tools such as Blender and related software to block, polish, and render animations, while adhering to project timelines and feedback from directors and leads.



The role also involves participating in reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining organized project files and assets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 3D Animation and Animation, with the ability to create expressive, high-quality motion for characters and objects.
- Proficiency in Rigging and working with character rigs, including adjusting and optimizing rigs for animation workflows.
- Experience with Motion Capture, including cleaning, retargeting, and integrating mocap data into animated scenes.
- Hands-on expertise in Blender as a primary 3D tool, including animation, rigging, and scene management.
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, anticipation) and cinematic storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment, take constructive feedback, and meet production deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating completed 3D animation projects; experience in film, TV, games, or advertising is a plus.
