Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with company policies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves supporting recruitment activities,



onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role includes handling employee queries, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams. The Human Resources Executive will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, help implement HR policies and procedures, and collaborate with managers to address HR-related issues. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain a positive, fair, and inclusive workplace culture.
