Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and expansion within the Staffing and Skill Development sectors. You will drive growth by bridging the gap between corporate needs and government-linked schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Acquisition: Identify and onboard corporate clients for staffing, apprenticeship (NAPS, NATS), and WILP programs.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with HR heads,



CSR teams, and key industry decision-makers.
- End-to-End Sales: Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and high-stakes presentations to contract negotiations and closure
- Program Integration: Collaborate with internal training and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of skilling initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain robust MIS reports and pipeline trackers to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years in Corporate Sales or Business Development, ideally within the staffing or skilling industry.
- Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency in Sales Navigator and Apollo for lead generation.
- Program Knowledge: Familiarity with government initiatives like NAPS, NATS, and Learn & Earn.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Mobility: A self-motivated skilled willing
