nWe are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a leading OTC healthcare brand Soframycin with Encube Ethicals.
n? Location: Chennai
nCoverage: Chennai and Salem
n? CTC: Open for discussion
n? Team Handling: atleast 3 years of team handling experience
n? Experience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience
nKey Requirements:
n✅ Robust experience in OTC, Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales
n✅ Proven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels
n✅ Experience in leading and developing field sales teams
n✅ Good understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins, and channel management




n✅ Strong market knowledge of the assigned geography
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Drive primary and secondary sales growth across the territory
n• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals
n• Manage distributor and retailer relationships
n• Execute marketing campaigns and ensure market visibility
n• Monitor team performance, forecasting, and business planning
n• Ensure effective coverage and execution in the assigned territory
