Job Role & Responsibilities: To drive freight forwarding revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and promoting ocean, air, and logistics solutions in line with company targets.

n1. Business Development

- n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Logistics services.n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across priority trade lanes.n
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the China market.n
- Achieve assigned sales and GP targets.n

n2. Key Account Management
n
- n
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.n
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.n
- Cross-sell and upsell value-added services.n
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.n

n3. RFQ & Pricing Coordination
n
- n
- Handle RFQs in coordination with pricing and product teams.n
- Prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.n
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with customers.n




- Monitor market freight trends and adjust strategy accordingly.n

n4. Market & Trade Lane Focus
n
- n
- Develop business on key China trade lanesn
- Work closely with overseas offices and network partners.n
- Support agency and liner relationships where relevant.n

n5. Internal Coordination
n
- n
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams for smooth shipment execution.n
- Support issue resolution and escalation management.n
- Ensure SOP adherence for key accounts.n

nExperience Required:
n
- n
- 8–12 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logisticsn
- Minimum 4–5 years in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Managementn
- Solid exposure to international trade lanes and pricingn

nQualification Required:
n
- n
- Graduate (Mandatory – any discipline)n
- MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or International Business (preferred but not mandatory)n
