The Role

This is a dual mandate — half performance marketing, half team leadership — and both halves matter equally.

You will own how spends its marketing budget across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and Flipkart, while leading a team of five that executes the brand's content, creative, and catalogue work.

Beyond campaigns and team management, we are looking for a thinking partner — someone who brings a point of view, challenges assumptions, and is as comfortable in a strategic conversation as they are in a campaign dashboard.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (50%)

Own and manage all sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP — as well as paid advertising across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart
Build and maintain campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bid management frameworks across all platforms
Manage the relationship with Hiveminds (external ad agency) — daily/weekly connects, campaign change requests, performance reviews, and invoice coordination




Align advertising spend with inventory health — monitor DOC, DRR, and stock availability; pause/enable ASINs accordingly
Propose monthly budgets to the CMO — own the rationale and be accountable for outcomes
Drive ACOS discipline — every rupee spent must be justified against a transparent return
Identify high-performing ASINs and allocate spend accordingly — protect margin, don't chase rank blindly
Lead campaign planning for sale events — Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and Q-comm promotions — from media planning through execution
Maintain and update Brand Store and Brand Story on Amazon, aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Use third-party research tools (Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Merchant Words) for keyword research, SOV analysis, and category trend monitoring
Monitor competitor activity, pricing shifts, and platform promotions — respond with speed
