Role: The Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President, providing high-level executive, business, and operational support. The role is responsible for driving governance, coordinating strategic initiatives,



managing executive priorities, supporting business reviews, and enabling effective decision-making through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. This position ensures the smooth execution of business objectives while maintaining strongstakeholder relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Office Management
Manage the ExecutiveVice President's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and executive priorities to maximize productivity.
Coordinate executive leadership meetings, governance reviews,customer meetings, steering committees, and business forums.
Prepare meeting agendas,presentations, briefing notes, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track action items through closure.
Act as the primary pointof contact betweenthe Executive Vice President and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Ensure timely follow-up on executive commitments and business priorities.
