Position Overview
The Manager – Human Resources serves as the Head of Department for the Hyderabad unit and is responsible for the overall delivery of the people agenda at the unit level.

The role partners closely with the General Manager, department heads, and Corporate HR team to ensure effective workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The incumbent is expected to maintain a robust understanding of business and operational requirements while ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes,



and organisational standards.

The role also leads the unit HR team and is accountable for building a responsive, employee-focused, and operationally effective HR function.

Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Business Partnership
• Lead the HR function for the Hyderabad unit and act as the primary HR partner to the General Manager and department heads
• Advise business leaders on employee relations, performance, manpower, organisation structure, and other people matters
• Translate organisational HR priorities into effective unit-level execution
• Identify people-related risks and proactively recommend appropriate interventions
• Lead and develop the unit HR team, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery of HR responsibilities
