Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, presenting suitable property options, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.



The Telesales Representative will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes, and schedule site visits or meetings with consultants. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, explaining project features and value propositions, addressing basic queries, and directing complex questions to senior team members. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, meet targets, and ensure a professional, trust-based client experience.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
