Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to support our campus hiring initiatives and recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding support, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with colleges, placement teams, and candidates
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment trackers
Prepare basic recruitment and hiring status reports
Create and support presentations (PPTs) for hiring updates and campus engagement




Assist with photo and video editing for employer branding, hiring campaigns, and campus communications
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Education Qualification
MBA (HR or equivalent)

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create impactful presentations
Basic photo and video editing skills (tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred)
Good understanding or interest in recruitment and campus hiring
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
