Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EUC Architect to lead the design implementation and modernization of enterprise End User Computing and Digital Workplace solutions The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in 1E DEX SCCMMECM Patch My PC PMPC Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Microsoft Copilot VDI technologies and Application Packaging The role requires a strategic technology leader capable of driving digital transformation endpoint modernization cloud adoption and AIpowered workplace initiatives while ensuring security compliance and exceptional user experience
Key Responsibilities
EUC Strategy Architecture
Define and maintain the EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives
Establish engineering standards governance frameworks and best practices across the EUC environment
Lead Digital Workplace transformation and endpoint modernization initiatives
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide architectural recommendations
1E Digital Employee Experience DEX
Architect and manage enterprisewide 1E DEX solutions
Design proactive monitoring remediation and selfhealing capabilities
Develop DEXdriven automation for endpoint health compliance and user experience improvements
Analyze DEX insights to identify trends recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations teams to reduce MTTR through automation and remediation workflows
SCCM MECM PMPC Intune Autopilot
Design implement and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCMMECM architecture
Lead Intune modernization initiatives
Design and implement Windows Autopilot deployment strategies
