About the role
DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for an experienced and visionary Sr. Designer to lead and scale our design function across product, brand, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic design leader who can build exceptional user experiences, establish strong design systems, and create a compelling brand identity while leading and mentoring a high-performing design team.
The ideal candidate combines robust design leadership with hands-on execution capabilities and has experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Leadership & Strategy
Define and own the overall design vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product, visual, and brand designers.
Foster a strong design culture centered around innovation, user empathy, and collaboration.
Establish design processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
2. Product Design
Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.




Drive user-centric design decisions through customer research, usability testing, and data insights.
Create seamless and intuitive user experiences that improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
3. Design Systems & UX Excellence
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Define and monitor UX metrics and continuously improve customer experiences.
4. Brand & Marketing Design
Oversee the company's visual identity across digital and offline channels.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual storytelling.
Support marketing initiatives through high-quality creative assets for campaigns, events, social media, and sales enablement.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
