Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Key Account Manager (Farming) to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and building long-term CXO relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise customers in the Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
Own and manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.




Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagement and satisfaction.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across cloud services, managed services, security, data & AI, DevOps, FinOps, and modernization offerings.
Drive renewals, contract expansions, and multi-year service engagements.
Increase wallet share within existing accounts while maintaining high customer retention.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Customer Success & Business Reviews
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to showcase delivered value.
Ensure successful adoption of Rapyder's cloud solutions and managed services.
Collaborate with delivery, customer success, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns proactively.
