Role Overview
The BIM Strategist will support workplace projects across the North America region, working from India during EST–PST aligned hours (Night Shift in India).
The role is suited to professionals with 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination,



Revit-based project delivery, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will work directly with North America project teams and the AI BIM Team to coordinate models, maintain BIM quality, resolve technical issues, and support productive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
BIM Coordination & Project Delivery
Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit models in line with project BIM requirements and standards.
Manage multidisciplinary model coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, and consultants.
Perform model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect.
Participate in project coordination meetings and track BIM actions through resolution.
Provide real-time BIM support to North America teams during EST–PST working hours.
Identify and escalate coordination risks, information gaps, and technical issues affecting delivery.
