Role Description:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the creative, content, product, and sales teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
Build dashboards and generate regular reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Analyze customer behavior, attribution models, and conversion funnels to improve campaign efficiency.
Identify current growth opportunities, advertising platforms, and audience segments.
