Role Description
We're hiring our first Head of Growth to own acquisition and demand generation end-to-end. This is a strategy-and-execution hybrid role: you'll set the channel strategy (paid, SEO, content-at-scale) and work directly with our existing content/SEO team to execute it.



You'll have real budget ownership and will be measured on CAC, signup-to-paid conversion, and channel-level ROI — not vanity metrics.
This is a senior individual-contributor-plus-strategy role, not a large-team management job — you'll partner with our Marketing Manager, who runs day-to-day SEO and outreach execution, while you own the acquisition roadmap and paid channels.

What you'll own
Paid acquisition strategy — stand up and scale Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting from near-zero; own budget allocation and ROI reporting
Content-at-scale strategy — direct programmatic SEO, comparison pages, and API-specific landing pages in partnership with our SEO team
Funnel metrics — define and own CAC, signup→paid conversion rate, and channel-level ROI; report on these monthly
Channel experimentation — identify and test new acquisition channels (affiliate, partnerships, developer commun
