Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic sales team in India. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business leads, conducting product demos, and initiating the sales process through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Lead Qualification:



Assess the potential of leads through careful evaluation of their needs and alignment with Mailercloud's offerings.

Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Mailercloud’s solutions to potential clients.

Outreach Execution: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage and educate potential customers about the benefits of Mailercloud’s solutions.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective customers within HubSpot CRM.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results.
