Role Description The Assistant Fashion Designer role at Aggunj is a full time, on-site position based in Noida, UP. The role involves supporting the lead designer in developing collections, from concept and mood boards to final samples, with a focus on drapes, surface texturing,



and refined detailing. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sketching and technical drawings, selecting and sourcing fabrics and trims, embroidery and textile treatments, and participating in fittings to ensure optimal silhouettes and construction. The Assistant Fashion Designer will collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and store teams to maintain design consistency, quality standards, and timely deliveries. The role also includes preparing specification sheets, maintaining design archives, and contributing creative ideas that align with Aggunj’s brand identity.
