About The Role





We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage day-to-day client interactions and support the successful delivery of assigned training and learning programs. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and campus coordinators, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams and trainers, tracking program progress, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and campus coordinators
Build and maintain solid, professional relationships with clients throughout the program lifecycle
Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns and ensure timely resolution
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide proactive updates on program progress

Training & Program Coordination

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs
Confirm training schedules, trainer availability, session require
