About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Intern to join the HR team at SkilloVilla. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to the complete hiring process.

You'll work closely with the recruitment team, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations. You'll also gain exposure to day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Internship Tenure: 6 Months +PPO (Performance Based)
Stipend: 15,000/-
Experience: 0-6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

What you'll own
Screen and shortlist candidates through various job portals and recruitment platforms
Support the team with candidate sourcing and talent identification
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records




Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in building a career in Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
Proactive attitude with a solid willingness to learn
Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers is preferred
Good to have
Previous internship, project, or academic exposure to Human Resources or Recruitment
Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or Internshala
Basic understanding of ATS or HRMS platforms
