As Project Development (Land & Connectivity), you will play a pivotal role in turning ambitious energy goals into reality. You will drive land acquisition, secure grid connectivity, and bring renewable projects from concept to construction-ready stage. Your work directly powers India's clean energy future.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end project development for solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects across key Indian states.
Identify, evaluate, and secure land parcels through greenfield development and portfolio acquisitions.
Drive connectivity strategy by obtaining CTU/STU approvals aligned with business plans.
Negotiate project acquisition agreements and co-development partnerships with developers and partners.
Manage technical, financial, and legal due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.




Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, landowners, and government authorities.
Ensure full compliance with land laws, regulatory frameworks, and company ethics standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
8 + years of experience in renewable energy project development in India.
Deep expertise in land acquisition processes, lease agreements, and permitting.
Proven track record in securing grid connectivity approvals (CTU/STU).
Experience working across states such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and be based at project locations as required.

Location

Noida, India. This is an in office role with extensive travel to project locations across multiple states.
