About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our team at 729 Grams Coffee Roasters, a speciality coffee brand focused on quality, craft, and great guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare speciality coffee and beverages as per our standards.
* Operate espresso machines and maintain consistency in every cup.
* Provide warm and professional guest service.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar.
* Follow recipes, SOPs, and coffee quality standards.
* Support daily café operations and work effectively with the team.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of barista experience preferred.
* Knowledge of speciality coffee is an advantage.
* Positive communication and customer-service skills.
* Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
