About The Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements and successfully convert leads into business.

Candidates from any industry are welcome, provided they have relevant inside sales, telesales, telecalling, business development or customer-facing sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services effectively.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.




Manage the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to successful closure.
Negotiate with customers and handle objections confidently.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure maximum lead conversion.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and order closure.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
